Terms of Service

I. Definitions

Seller/Service Provider: KursyIT, Tax ID: 6722099040, REGON: 389325284, address: Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland
Customer: a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit without legal personality that purchases digital products in the Service
Consumer: a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity
Service: the aiideals.com online platform enabling the purchase of digital products
Product: access to accounts, subscriptions and services offered by the Seller
Agreement: an agreement for the sale of digital products concluded between the Seller and the Customer

These Terms of Service define the rules and conditions for using the Service and selling digital products.
The Terms of Service are available free of charge on the Service website in a form that allows downloading, recording and printing.
A condition for placing an order in the Service is to read and accept these Terms of Service.
The controller of personal data processed within the Service is the Seller.

The Service offers access to accounts and subscriptions of various digital services.
All product prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in PLN, EUR or USD.
The product price is binding at the time the Customer places the order.
The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products, conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the Service pages. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the date the change takes effect.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
To place an order, you must provide an email address.
The order process includes: product selection, providing invoice data (optional), providing email address, selecting payment method, accepting the Terms of Service and placing the order.
After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation of order acceptance for processing at the provided email address.
The sales agreement is concluded upon the Customer receiving order confirmation.

The Service processes electronic payments through the Stripe payment operator.
Available payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Payment should be made immediately after placing the order.
Order fulfillment takes place after the payment is credited to the Seller's account.

The Product (access credentials) is delivered to the Customer's email address provided when placing the order.
Order fulfillment takes place immediately after payment is credited, no later than 24 hours.
In case of problems with order fulfillment, the Seller immediately informs the Customer.

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline to withdraw from the agreement expires 14 days from the date of concluding the agreement.
IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal expires in case of:
- Logging into the provided account or
- Starting to use the subscription or
- Using the product in any way
The Customer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of service provision before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (e.g. email to: aideals_info@kursyit-online.pl).
In case of withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction.

The Seller is responsible for the digital product's non-compliance with the agreement.
Complaints can be submitted: by email to aideals_info@kursyit-online.pl, in writing to: Stefana Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Poland.
The complaint should include: first and last name, email address, order number, problem description.
The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will repair the product, replace it with a new one or refund the payment.

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that products comply with the description and function properly.
The Seller is not responsible for: operation or blocking of accounts by external service providers, technical problems resulting from the Customer's internet connection, damages resulting from improper use of the product.
The Customer undertakes to use the products in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable law.
It is forbidden to share access credentials with third parties and resell them.

The controller of the Customer's personal data is the Seller.
Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Service website.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms of Service. Customers will be informed about changes by publishing the new Terms of Service on the Service website.
In matters not covered by these Terms of Service, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant laws, including the Consumer Rights Act, shall apply.
The resolution of any disputes arising between the Seller and the Consumer who entered into a sales agreement is subject to courts with jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The Consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims. Detailed information in this regard is available at: www.uokik.gov.pl.
